The federal Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration estimated that more than 68% of people with a drug or alcohol abuse problem are employed full or part time.  That means, the likelihood you will, at some point, have to deal with an employee who’s facing a drug or alcohol abuse issue is fairly high.  But what should, and can, you do when you suspect someone on your team is abusing drugs or alcohol.
